Hello guys, welcome to my Phuket food review. Today, I will bring you to one of my favorite Phuket restaurants, Go Benz Kao Lao Luead Moo. (Kao Lao is a soup that usually eat with a bowl of rice)
Have you ever seen a restaurant that opens from 6.00PM to 2.00AM but still full of people all the time. It’s happen here in Phuket. At Go Benz Kao Lao Luead Moo, there’s always full of people. With the unique taste, Go Benz Kao Lao Luead Moo is different from other Kao Lao restaurants in Phuket. Go Benz use pork bone and pork entrails to make a soup. With Go Benz special technique, it doesn’t have a bad smell that may come from entrails. So the soup gives you a concentrate tasty taste, with a bit spicy and hotness.
There is another menu in Go Benz Kao Lao Luead Moo for you. If you don’t want to eat Kao Lao with rice, you can choose a MaMa (noodle), boiled rice or KuayJub (boiled Chinese pasta square in soup). You can choose what’d you like to add in a soup. There are pork bone, crispy pork and entrails (Liver, Lung, Heart and Intestines).
Today I ordered a Kao Lao and 3 KauyJub for me, my brother, sister and mom. I suggest you mix a pickled chili and soy sauce together, use it like a dipping sauce. It’s very delicious.
